Emergency Response
24/7 emergency capability for the Congolese diaspora
CCI operates a continuous emergency response capability for the Congolese community across the 26 counties of Ireland — coordinating consular, medical, legal and welfare crises through a vetted network of Irish public services, faith communities and partner NGOs.
Always call 112 first
In any immediate threat to life on Irish soil, Garda, Ambulance and Fire are reached free of charge on 112 or 999 before any community line.
Confidential & multilingual
Our duty officers respond in French, English and Lingala. Every case is logged confidentially and handled with diplomatic-grade discretion.
End-to-end case tracking
Repatriation, detention, bereavement and welfare cases are tracked through the secure consular portal until full resolution.
